Found! VIVIAN ELAINE SMITH, 20; MISSING in NORTH CAROLINA 4/13/2009

Thank you to all who were concerned about Vivian Elaine Smith who was missing in NC since April 13. I'm glad to report she has been found safe.
The information on the case has been removed.
